Add some real natural exotic spices to your cuisine. Cameroon style.
This spice is excellent for Pepper Soup. No Salt, No Preservatives and No MSG added. This spice has the red label in the picture to your right.
MammyDORO PepperSoup/Beef/Rib/Chicken Recipe
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 large tomato
- 1 celery stick
Add pepper to taste
Add salt/maggi to taste
Pre-cook any of the above meat items with ½ cup of fresh ginger and ½ cup onion blend
When half done, add the vegetables listed above and cook until done
Remove vegetables and put in blender and let cool
Add 2 tablespoons of pepper soup seasoning (or as needed)
Add 1 cup of water and blend
Pour blended pre-cooked vegetables back into soup pot (this acts as thickener)
Add salt and or maggi to taste and water to desired thickness
Cook for about 15 minutes
Serve with oatmeal fufu, potatoes, plantains, cassava or yam
